主讲人简介：
Jeom-Kee Paik (白点基)教授，国家级特优人才，博士生导师，博彩导航站-博彩导航 船舶与海洋工程系教授，英国伦敦大学学院机械工程系终身教授。英国皇家工程院院士、韩国科学技术院院士、英国皇家造船学会会员及美国造船及轮机工程师学会终身会员，获得了英国皇家造船师学会颁发的 William Froude 奖章（2015 年）和美国造船师和海洋工程师学会颁发的 David W. Taylor 奖章（2013 年），是全球海事界最负盛名的两个奖章。他还是海洋工程领域著名期刊《Ships and Offshore Structures》的创始人与杂志主编。发表各类论著600余篇，出版专著11部，取得技术专利60多项。主要研究方向为非线性结构力学；高级安全研究；基于极限状态的设计；结构可靠性；定量风险评估和管理；以及工程结构和海员的数字健康管理工程等。培养了了165名硕士生和45名博士生。根据 2023 年Elsevier全球前 2% 科学家排名，白教授位列第 13789 位。
