1981年出生,博士、教授、博士生导师。爱思唯�(Elsevier) 2023中国高被引学者,浙江省高校领军人才培养计�-高层次拔尖人才,浙江省高校中青年学科带头人,宁波市领军和拔尖人才,宁波市重点高层次人才。原创性提出并研发了定型相变材料通道及其动力电池热管理系统,无需布置管道即可实现流体输送且解决了定型相变材料通道受热开裂的难题;原创性提出“双层包覆,牺牲内层”法对金属相变微粒进行微胶囊化,从源头上解决了金属相变微胶囊热胀导致其破碎的难题,普适性强且便于微胶囊改性,在储热及催化领域具有广泛的应用前景。主持国家自然科学基�3项、浙江省自然科学基金及科技计划项目3项、宁波市自然科学基金3项。以第一/通讯作者在Advanced   Functional MaterialsNano EnergyEnergyApplied EnergyEnergy Conversion and ManagementJournal   of Energy ChemistryChemical Engineering JournalInternational Journal of Heat and Mass TransferInternational Journal of Mechanical Science等权威期刊上发表SCI/EI收录论文50余篇�20余篇IF>10), 其中ESI高被�7篇(2篇同时为热点论文),单篇论文最�/次高SCI分别引用316/308(Web of Science),授权和公开发明专利17件(已授�9件)。指导研究生29人(毕业18人),毕业生主要赴浙江大学、华中科技大学、中国科学技术大学、四川大学攻读博士学位,或比亚迪、三一重工、三花智控、浙江银轮、特来电新能源等知名企业工作�
